The Efma Risk Management Advisory Council was formed in March 2010 and its founding meeting will be hosted by HSBC in London on June 23rd. Its membership consists of an exclusive group of Heads of Credit Risk Management (both from retail and SME lines of businesses) from leading banks across Europe.

The Risk Management Advisory Council meets 4 times a year and focuses on the following issue:

Developing new risk management strategies in response to a new economic climate

• 23 June in London (hosted by HSBC)
• 28 September 2010 in Paris (Hosted by LCL)
• 30 November 2010 (venue to be confirmed)
• Q1 2011 (date and venue to be confirmed)

The meetings generally begin at around 10:00am and conclude at 4.00pm, thus allowing participants to travel on the same day.
