Retail Insurance Advisory Council
The Efma Retail Insurance Advisory Council was formed in 2010 and its founding meeting was hosted by Liberty Seguros in Barcelona on January 28th. Its membership consists of an exclusive group of Heads of Distribution and Heads of Marketing from leading retail insurance companies across Europe.
The Retail Insurance Advisory Council meets 4 times a year and focuses on the following issue:
A new co-operation between banks and insurers, and the development of new distribution models

- 28 January 2010 in Barcelona (hosted by Liberty Seguros)
- 20 May 2010 in Paris (hosted by Crédit Agricole Assurances)
- 22 September 2010 in Paris (hosted by BNP Paribas)
- 8 December 2010 (venue to be confirmed)
The meetings generally begin at around 10:00am and conclude at 4.00pm, thus allowing participants to travel on the same day.
